 Payment 

 

All products remain property of Nakisa Skincare until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Nakisa Skincare. All transfers conducted through Nakisa Skincare are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. 

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. 

 

 Force Majeure Events outside Nakisa Skincare’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Nakisa Skincare is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

In no case shall Nakisa Skincare, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Nakisa Skincare reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. 

 

In the event that a particular product is sold out, Nakisa Skincare has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
